Vymera is developed and operated by Alphabetin Consulting & It Services Private Limited.

Vymera is a secure messaging application that provides end-to-end encrypted messaging, voice calls, video calls, and related communication features. The Service is provided "as is" and may include advertisements or sponsored content.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vymera, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account and password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you send through Vymera. Due to end-to-end encryption, we cannot monitor or control the content of messages. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove or block content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Cooperate with legal requests and investigations

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Vymera is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Vymera and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alphabetin Consulting & It Services Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you send through Vymera. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Vymera may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days, except as required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alphabetin Consulting & It Services Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
